The project features a modern work café with a Terrazzo Abstrakt island bench, a streamlined kitchen, and a calming wellness area enhanced by nature-inspired planters. Thoughtfully integrated meeting rooms, digital lockers, and acoustic panels create a balanced environment that promotes productivity, comfort, and visual appeal.

This project showcases Joinery Co’s expertise in bespoke joinery and custom fit-outs for community spaces. At its centre is a striking Boab Tree Feature crafted from natural plywood and acoustic panels, creating an inviting reading and play area for children.

The custom-built shelving, integrated seating nooks, and soft, rounded designs enhance comfort and functionality, offering cozy spaces for families to enjoy. Beyond the children’s area, the library features well-appointed kitchenettes, a creative learning room, a stylish booth nook for study and collaboration, and functional staff and meeting rooms—all designed to elevate the community experience through quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

Joinery Co showcased its expertise in heritage joinery and custom fit-outs through the 2023 Wearne Heritage refurbishment. This project seamlessly blends historical character with modern functionality, featuring a well-appointed kitchenette, studio benches, an elegant clubroom bar, seating booths, a functional pantry, and a grand cinema reception with a stylish stair unit—highlighting our craftsmanship in preserving heritage while elevating contemporary design.

In collaboration with Breffni Group, Joinery Co delivered a modern and functional office fit-out for Mapien in 2024. The space combines aesthetic design and workplace efficiency, featuring a well-appointed kitchen, tea room kitchenette, booth seating, and collaborative zones. Custom storage solutions, fixed desks, and lockers promote comfort and organisation, while a professionally designed meeting room supports productivity and teamwork in a contemporary workspace.

Expanding into the residential joinery sector, Joinery Co delivered a high-quality display home fit-out at Clayton Street, showcasing modern design and efficient project delivery. The project features a contemporary kitchen and island, a sleek vanity, and a refined model plinth, all completed within a fast turnaround that impressed Edge Construction. Joinery Co has also been contracted to deliver joinery works for the upcoming Clayton’s Mindarie Apartment Complex in 2025.

The fit-out also features wellness rooms, operable wall systems, and statement ceiling coffers, blending functionality with refined design. Expanding into early childhood education fit-outs, Joinery Co delivered vibrant and functional spaces for Nido Wandi and Nido Butler in 2024, each completed within a six-week program. The projects feature custom joinery crafted from Porta Timber American Oak, integrated lighting, and durable, easy-to-clean materials for a safe and engaging environment. Highlights include child-friendly facilities, a yoga stage, functional kitchen, and custom storage and lockers—all designed to support learning, independence, and well-being.
